  I visit the center in Maryland 7730 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD 20747. The lady at the counter "Aki or Kia" said to me that I can not be a donor because I didn't know my social security number and I didn't have it in my mind.
  I drove for about 40 minutes from home to try to donate and she say that I should know my number. I try to explain her that I came to the USA just 1 year ago and i don't use it often (my ss) she didn't listen and very unfriendly she said good bye.
  
  That's how you treat your new donors?
